Product Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. Should you wish to return a product to us for any reason please do the following before sending the product back to us:
1. Download and print off our Return Request Authority Form
2. Contact customer service on 07 46131660 to obtain a Return Authority Number
3. Fill out the required information on the form.
4. All return freight charges are at the customers expense unless the item received was not the product originally ordered.
5. Post the product(s) with the Return Request Authority Form to the address indicated on the Form.
A valid Return Authority number(supplied by us) must be recorded on the form.
We gladly refund or exchange faulty products within 12 months from the date of purchase.
Non Faulty Inkjet & Toner products which:
- Have been opened and are not able to be returned in original condition cannot be refunded or replaced so please check you have ordered the right cartridge before installing it in your machine.
Refunds or Exchanges cannot be issued for products returned to Inkjets Online without a valid Return Authority Request Form.
